A focus on fruit!

Quite simply, as crazy as it sounds….this was the primary change I made in my diet, and the most profound difference in how I felt on a day to day basis. The DARKER the fruit…..the more of it I ate. (and the better I felt!) Blackberries, blueberries, red grapes and cherries, strawberries and even a pomegranate or two..:-) These red and black berries are very high in anthocyanins and phyto-nutrients, and while you wouldn’t THINK you could feel noticeably better so quickly…I truly felt “lighter”, leaner and FAR more alert and agile, especially in the mornings where caffeine had been my savior!

Going Green!

Yes, I followed directions and added a heaping helping of those green leafy vegetables I’ve been avoiding since being a kid for 30+ years…:-) Broccoli and Spinach, kale and even some sprouty looking things I couldn’t identify again if you paid me! The truth? Green veggies are a fantastic way of getting a whole host of anti-oxidants and micro nutrients into your body (and blood stream) and the difference in how I felt after a week and a half of this, was truly profound!

Sexy Supplements:

The BEST thing I believe I added….were things I simply had NOT ever even heard of, or could even pronounce straight out of the gate! I started to drink a glass (or two..:-) of red wine per day for the Resveratrol content, which is thought to be a potent phyto-nutrient, AND I started on an acai berry supplement as well, which not only tasted great, but also was offering MORE anthyocyanins, anti-oxidants, trace minerals, omega fatty acids and other important “soul food” than just about everything else combined! (I did however cut back on the red wine…..and tried to get more Resveratrol through supplements, and grape extract as well)

The bottom line?

The difference in how you CAN feel, versus how you DO feel right now…CAN be dramatic if you want it! And the changes that are required are HEALTHY, easy to make and feel super good, and can literally change your life in 30 days or less if you start today!
