Requirements – 5 kg of ripened Plums, 400 gm of honey, tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, tamarind juice.
Preparation – The plums should be pitted and 1/3rd of the pits should be put into a huge bowl. Should be boiled.
Procedure – The mixture should simmer and mixed with the above mentioned ingredients.
Consumption – 1 tbsp of jam to be consumed in empty stomach early in the morning.
