then it fit into a b cup bra.after 6 months without using any product my cup size fit in Bcup. when i see breast enlargement proudct on internet then & i want to increse my breast size AA Cup only .at present fit only B cup tightly.now my breast is looking like a female & i want to stop it.i start chest reduceing exercise in last month.
i think if wearing b cup size of bra that shows to every body .how can i reduce/stop it without any surgery suggest in details ?
please help me i feel very gilty in bra really.

Are you trying to say you took breast enlargement remedies and now your breasts keep growing? Honestly your post is so poorly written I don’t know if I can even properly answer it.
You know most of those herbal breast cups don’t leave your breasts enlarged for long. So there’s a really good chance that your breasts might shrink in their own time, much more then you might wish.
Secondly try exercising, reducing your complete body weight will reduce your breast size. Cardio, weights doesn’t really matter- they all use fat as an energy source.
Also I’m not sure how old you are, but have you considered that this is genetic? I know people who have had random growth breast growth spurts well into their 20′s…
If not, I’m sure that you’ll learn to deal with it, the growth will stop when you stop taking the pills I would hazard a guess…
You don’t know most of herbal product breast cups enlarged your breasts for a long time.So there’s a no chance that you recover breasts by execrise. you need a surgery. if you r above 25years you can’t reduce your breast by exercise .I’m not sure how old you are.
listen,b cup not a big size for a man do some hard exercise may be decrease your breast.in the mean time you wear men’s bra.
