When my son was born 12 years ago there were affordable shirts and bras designed so that you didn’t have to tuck their head under a blanket or expose the entire breasts. The whole issue boils down to a mutual respect. Breastfeeding is a beautiful natural thing, but I do think there are a few mothers out there who are also possible exhibitionist and go out of their way to announce what they are doing which makes some very conservative people uncomfortable.
I’m 27, not 22. Where does it say 22? Why the hell do you loose faith in humanity? Are you some breastfeeding mom or something who cannot accept the fact that men like breasts to?

You have to warm breast milk up if it’s been pumped – a thermus wouldn’t do the trick. If you’re really so uncomfortable, look away. Also, about the comment below this one, infants have to eat every two hours, on the hour. You not only show your ignorance by your lack of general knowledge on a subject you are trying to appear knowledgable about, but also by your lack of grammar and punctuation.
It’s so funny cause boobs give babies nutrition, far beyond what formula can offer. and boob have been doing this since the beginning of time and in many cultures around the world exposure of boobs have been completely acceptable for the purpose of family. Our society has given boobs a sex only label. It’s certain people who make it vulgar. not nursing mommas who have to put up with the negavity. It’s not easy being a mom with a baby and trying to get out and shop, run errands etc.
I breastfeed my child, and I just was never okay with cover my child’s head with a shirt or towel. He need eye contact. He’s a human being and does not need to be shamed. and by the way, some mothers (like me) could not just pump. . . It’s also a very hateful comment to think that just because a mother doesn’t want to deal with the BS this country has against boobs, that they are looking for attention.
i am a mother and i planned that if i was to breastfeed and i knew i was to go to a very full public place i was going to pump the milk out into a bottle and when i was out shopping i would wear a poncho over myself and place the bub underneath so it doesnt make others feel abit uneasy,im sure if u saw that ude b less offended yes? i cannot stand these vulgar hippies who literally take their top off,i have younge boys that ask questions and i try my best to prevent them seeing nudity of adults.
ill tell u this but…i saw a lady breastfeeding her twins a few years back she was at the station platform and her top was lifted over the back of her neck to expose her breasts compleatly…whilst i agree we shouldnt be ashamed of out body i think that was a tad bit rediculous, whats ur take on that?
WELL SAIDxxx! we shouldnt rude and let our breasts flop out,it is a Private body part,BUT i have the right to feed my baby what i choose and if i was able to breastfeed ide have done it the way u said i even purchased a poncho i thought was snazzy lol i think breastfeeding is overrated and pushy but if i was able to ide have done it where i pleased but with modesty of course,i dont personally like to see womens tits out at a bustop,but im a mum so i only gasp coz she should b more modest.
i agree but its up to the mother to eat and drink correctly, my son was a prem and i couldnt breastfeed it was really painful for me (i did get very depressed about not being able to) and he is very clever for his age i dont know any 3 year old who tie their shoes and read. my second had issues with his fomrula it gave him colic so i switched and then all was good.not all formula is bad,they r healthy happy smart kids,im blessed i had no issues but ur right. some mums dont care or pay attention!

use a breast pump, put your milk in a thermos and feed it to your kid.

breastfeeding can be arranged so it is not done in public, busses, trains etc as the polite, considerate, curtious thing to do for those that dont appreciate such vile things.

You have any idea what kind of shit is in those formulas? Not only do they smell bad, but there was one formula that prevented the child in getting the nutrients and not allowing the brain to develop. That’s the problem with formulas, at least in breast milk, you know what you’re giving your child and you don’t have to worry about artificial crap or your child not gaining the benefits.

Tell that to a mother who does not want to contaminate their child’d system with artificial formula, with a crying child who is hungry. Breastfeeding should be done when your child is hungry, regardless of location. It is the same as bottle feeding a baby in public, no one seems to have an issue with that. Breast were not meant to be these sexual and taboo objects, they are meant for nurishment,
Could you give us a live demonstration of how its done, Im not quite sure what you mean!? It may have to be a detailed tutorial, and maybe some more fixed camera angles. Oh and try doing it in satin and lace?………
Breastfeeding is on demand, however, if a mother so chooses she can cover herself with a nursing cover or doing the two top method. If she isnt ashamed of her body or isnt uncomfortable she can feed publicly. If you dont like it dont look! I personally breastfeed my daughter under a cover but power to the women that are more comfortable in their own skin. Why the hell should we run home to feed our babies? Do you have to hide to eat? I bet not. The mother and father have the right to decide!

breastfeeding is not on demand. if you fed your child 10 minutes ago, you know you have 1-2 hours or so before the next meal (depending on childs age etc)
so yes you can arrange your time accordingly if you want too.
some women however prefer to make public exhibitions of their motherhood.
i d call that attention seeking.
